Pauline Gleeson

Pauline joined Heinz & Partners in March 2005. Pauline has degrees in Arts (Honours), Law (Honours) and a
Diploma of Education.

Pauline is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law.

Pauline's work currently involves Family Law, Victims of Crime Assistance Applications, Intervention Orders and Children's Court matters. Pauline particularly enjoys Court work, and the challenge of a lively debate.

Pauline comes from a family of six children and is the mother of four children.

 

Andrew Faull

Andrew is a Senior Associate in Heinz & Partners' Business Law department.

He provides clients with legal and strategic advice drawn from extensive commercial experience and know-how.

Andrew's advice is sought by a wide range of businesses and individuals throughout regional Victoria and he also acts for a leading private healthcare provider looking after their legal work in Melbourne, Queensland and Tasmania.

Andrew has also successfully represented clients in commercial disputes in the Federal and Supreme Courts including proceedings brought by the ACCC under the price fixing provisions of the Trade Practices Act and recently proceedings brought by a public health authority for possession of a premises occupied by a radiology business.

Andrew is married with three young children and is involved in a number of community organisations throughout Ballarat.

 

Luke Dunne

Luke is an experienced business lawyer having been endorsed as an Accredited Specialist in Business Law by the Law Institute of Victoria in 2006.

He advises clients from a broad range of industries on all manner of business transactions, focussing on timely and cost effective advice relating to business structuring, contractual and taxation matters. He is particularly adept at helping clients through the personal, emotional, structural and taxation challenges of business succession and complex estate planning.

Luke is a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, the Secretary of Ballarat Cancer Research Centre and the Honorary Solicitor to a number of sporting, cultural and community groups.

Away from the office, he is married with three young children, is an avid spectator and amateur participant in all forms of sport and he enjoys contributing to the community.
