Pauline Gleeson

Pauline is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law, with qualifications in law and education. Since joining Heinz & Partners in 2005, Pauline has built a strong reputation. Her work currently involves family law, such as property and parenting, intervention orders as well as Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal applications and Children's Court matters. Pauline has been appointed to act as Independent Children's Lawyer in family law matters from time to time. Pauline comes from a farming background and has a special interest in farming cases. She particularly enjoys court work and the challenge of a lively debate. She also values the collegiate atmosphere at Heinz & Partners. Pauline comes from a family of six children, is a mother of four, and loves to walk, swim, chat and read.
 

Rob Gray

Rob has worked as a family lawyer with Heinz & Partners for just over three years, and has more than ten years industry experience. His role is divided into three areas: family law- which includes divorce, parenting arrangements and property settlements; the Children's Court - where he becomes involved in litigation matters and ensures clients' rights are properly represented; and family violence, such as intervention orders. Rob enjoys helping clients and being able to look at a situation and find ways to resolve it. One of his most satisfying projects was the successful determination of a paternity case involving a non-biological parent and the artificial insemination process; this particular case added to the body of precedent regarding children born as a result of artificial conception procedures. Rob has three children and is actively involved in various charities and not for profit organisations, including the Faith Hope and Love Children's Foundation.
