Rick Blanchfield is a senior legal executive in the Business Law Practice having begun his career at Heinz & Partners Lawyers in 1973. Rick manages the conveyancing operations across commercial, agricultural and residential sectors.

He is a current director of the National and Victorian chapters of the Institute of Legal Executives, was an inaugral Member of St Francis Xavier College School Board and a finance committee member of St Patricks College Board for 17 years.

Rick is a fifth generation Ballarat local. Outside the office he is involved with rowing administration and coaching and enjoys travelling and camping.

Gerard is a senior legal executive in the Business Law Department with more than three and a half decades of experience. Gerard counsels clients on conveyancing and associated work as well as wills and mortgages.

Away from the office, Gerard is a proud grandfather who is heavily involved in the Buninyong Community being on committees for the Buninyong Football and Golf Clubs and the Buninyong Cemetery Trust.
