Abby is a Principal, and Head of our Wills and Estate Department.
Since 2006, Abby has gained extensive experience in the legal industry. Shortly after commencing her career in law at our firm, Abby accepted a legal position in the UK to gain invaluable international experience, returning to Heinz Law in 2008. After being admitted to practice in 2015, Abby found her passion and established her practice in Wills and Estates.
With years of experience, Abby has acquired a wealth of knowledge and proficiency in the areas of Wills and Estate Planning. Her team and her work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and ensure their wishes are carried out. Abby is also well-versed in the complex legalities of estate administration and is committed to guiding clients through the process with compassion, professionalism, and an uncompromising work ethic.
