Toby made the move from Mansfield to Ballarat in 2017, where he became an integral part of the Corporate and Commercial Team. By 2022, he progressed to Principal within the firm.
Toby’s expertise centres around skilfully navigating the intricacies of business sales and purchasers, business tax, corporate mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and shareholder agreements, commercial leasing, and the complexities of succession planning for small to medium-sized enterprises.
